Fresh Voices

Fresh Voices is a digital arts project dedicated to the creation of photographs, videos and writing pieces that publicly acknowledge and celebrate the voice of Latinos living in the rural community of Crookston Minnesota.  The program began in 1996 and represents some of the first programming ever offered by In Progress.

Photographer & Curator Tomas Leal will lead Fresh Voices artists through an outdoor exhibit process, where life size images will be adhered to buildings throughout the Crookston community.  Learn this unique process by working side by side with this talented artist.  The community will be transformed with outdoor and indoor exhibits hung over the weekend.
