BIOGRAPHY
Tong Her currently resides in Minneapolis, MN and has been involved in the film scene since 2010 and took part in Qhia Dab Neeg since 2013. He started getting involved in film scene to help pave a pathway for youth since he realized that media has a huge impact. Over the years, he's had the chance to work with KARE11, Standy Production, Urban Mountain Media and many more independent filmmakers. He's had the chance to learn and grow as he continues to work in different atmospheres to help improve not only his skills he's gained but to also share what he has learned.
ARTISt STATEMENT
I'm still searching for the style and influence in my film work - but what I appreciate are people who do not lose hope and keep fighting. I am motivated by seeing the way I can inspire the youth and assist those who need help. Finally I love filmmaking because it allows me to express myself in ways I can’t put into words.
