SOUND HEALING FOR ALL

the art of healing though sound creation


Sound Healing For All offers an introduction to the sounds of traditional singing bowls, chimes and other instrumentation, and their impact on health and well being.  As participants learn the art of sound, they will be able to experience a sensation through sound vibration/ frequency.

LEAD ARTISTS

Sound Healing For All  is led by In Progress artists Yeeleng Vue, and Laurette Sebastienne.

Adults 16 and up.   Activities will take place at In Progress - 213 Front Avenue, Saint Paul, MN.  There is no cost to participate but it is expected that those that agree to participate, make every effort to attend each session.  Participation is limited so early registration is highly recommended. Bring a mat or blanket that you can sit on and lay down on for a long period of time. There will be some movements during the session so wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring water and snacks if needed.
