BIOGRAPHY
Hello I am Morgen Arguelles I was born in Crookston Minnesota. I have been in fresh voices for 4 years, I have learned so much from fresh voices, from first learning how to work a camera to shooting a video and editing. I love to express my voice mainly through photography, I have been most recently working with videography. I hope to get my voice heard and the voices I speak for that aren’t heard.

The Women of Our Family
UGLY WORDS
The ugly words used when describing Latinos by those in charge are spreading like a plague. It affects us all, Latino or not. Can you say that you are free from this ugliness? Can you separate yourself from these words and actions placed on people just like me? Do you not feel as sick as I do about all that is taking place around us? So what can we do to stop it before it starts to control all us?
THE STARES OF PEOPLE IN THIS TOWN
I feel like I have to isolate myself from society, because I see the stares of people that live in this town with me. I feel the need to hide who I am because most people just pass me by without giving me the chance to show them that I’m not what they think. When I feel their stares I feel sad, hurt, angry and I just want to close off on everybody.
Truly Magical
looking up at the sky is like reading a good book. There are so many interesting things to look at - the clouds, the sun, the moon and the stars. The universe is a truly magical place for our minds and imaginations to visit.

A Typical Latino Family
No matter what they may go through, good or bad, they will always be there for each other. Wherever they may travel, even if on separate paths, from the beginning to the end they will be la familia.
