STUDIO 213 / SAINT PAUL

Located in the north end neighborhood of Saint Paul, Studio 213 provides creative production spaces for photoshoots, meetings, rehearsals, casting calls, and so much more. It also has a music studio, post-production editing suite, podcast studio, and screening room. In Progress provides access to qualified individuals to several rooms to be used for creative production and post-production activities. Rooms are made available free of charge to artists and community members that are actively involved in studio programming and whose proposed use aligns with our purpose statement. Room Reservations

Once you have received formal approval, you can click on any of the rooms below to place a reservation request:

Main Studio

900 square foot space with full kitchen, tables chairs, exhibit space and more. The space is designed to work fluidly as a learning space, for presentations, creative production, screenings, exhibits, meetings and more. The main studio rents at rate of $75 per hour but is provided free artists and community members that are actively involved with the studio and have been trained on how to use the facility. Screening Room

300 square foot space with computer, video projector, two long tables and seating for 10. This space is ideal for meetings and class work. The room can be fully darkened for full projection. $25 per hour ($100 per hour with a technician). However, artists and community members that are actively involved with In Progress and have been trained, may use the facility at no cost. CLICK HERE to reserve.

ARTIST QUARTERS

200 square foot space with high end multi-media iMAC and equipped with an M Box and all the software any professional media artist might need. A rodemaster podcasting station is also available for use. This room is ideal for post-production activities, small group meetings, and podcasting. The artist quarters rents for $25 per hour ($100 per hour with a technician). However, artists and community members that are actively involved with In Progress and have been trained, may use the facility at no cost. CLICK HERE to reserve.

Music Studio

Our music studio provides 300 square feet of semi-professional space for live sound recording and mixing, offering Pro Tools, Logic and Garage Band software application. The music studio rents for $75 per hour without technician, and $150 per hour with a technician. However, artists and community members that are actively involved with In Progress and have been trained, may use the facility at no cost. CLICK HERE to reserve.

Patio

Our patio area is newly available for check out by artists and community members that are a part of our collective network or have received permission and training on patio use from key staff at In Progress. The patio rents for $25 per hour ($100 per hour if technical assistance is required) but is free to use by those who have joined the artist collective and have been trained. To reserve the patio just CLICK HERE. Someone will get back to you with next steps usually within 24 hours.

Office

This office is for specialized use such as conducting interviews, private meetings, and post-production editing. Because this room acts as an administrative hub for the organization, it is only available by direct permission of the executive director.

Production tools

In Progress provides a spectrum of production tools for in house and checkout. There is no cost to use these tools, but training, a proven discipline of use and care are reasonably enforced. Because these items are shared, we hold high expectations of all users to care for equipment properly, not expose eq to potential theft or damage, and return items on time. Equipment reservations

In Progress has a diverse set of production tools for beginners to professional digital art makers. Some tools include a full set of Canon DSLR cameras and lenses, laptops, lighting kits, backdrops, a sound system and professional DSLR film cameras and tripods. STUDIO 110 / CROOKSTON

Studio 110 is located in Crookston Minnesota. The space is great for meetings, creative production activities, workshops, and public gatherings. The space offers 2-3 photo exhibits each year. Most studio activity is directly connected to In Progress programming, but the studio is also available for community use if approved.
