BIOGRAPHY
Rose Spirit is a vocal artist, master transformational expert, mentalhealth specialist, speaker, facilitator and mother.
Raised in Minnesota, Rose emmigrated from the island of Haiti at a young age. From there Rose learned how to exist in various multi cultural and intersectional realities.
Prior to her adult years, Rose served as a mentor, translator, coach to immigrant families, started the first Haitian Children’s Choir, and volunteered in her greater community.
Shortly after Rose graduated from her undergraduate studies in Sociocultural Studies, Rose was jolted to pay attention to trauma and mental health. Beginning her inner ancestral awakening, Rose embarked on a journey of discovering her authentic self. Rose has lived the truth of personal transformation and shares this in her music.
Rose has worked with underrepresented populations including youth, children, mothers, adults experiencing homelessness, and severe mental health issues. Rose provides intuitive life coaching that integrates spirituality to help her clients experience holistic healing and transformation.
As an artist, Rose utilizes personal storytelling, drama, and frequencies to trigger realities of transformation within her listeners. Rose integrates Haitian native sounds, worship, new age, gospel, hip hop, rnb, classical, and world into her musical style. Rose has partnered with the local group Kouzen612, and has had various community performances including the local Caribbean Festival and Universities.
