Bylaws

the rules that govern our decision making

In Progress bylaws were developed when The Center for Arts Criticism first filed for legal status as a non-profit in the state of Minnesota.  The bylaws represent the rules our organization lives by.  How we conduct meetings, make decisions, and oversee the legal and ethical practices of our organization.  Each year, members of the board review the bylaws to make sure we are in compliance (following the rules) and make recommendations as needed to make sure we are doing the very best we can for our constituency.
