Anastasia Church is a 16-year-old emerging photographer from Saint Paul, Minnesota. Passionate about the arts from an early age, she has found photography to be a powerful outlet for creative expression.

Recognizing that the high cost of cameras and accessories can create barriers for emerging artists, Anastasia connected with In Progress for access to equipment, mentorship, and opportunities to develop her skills.

Community plays an important role in Anastasia’s life. She values spaces where she feels safe, builds meaningful relationships, and connects with others who share and encourage her creative passions. Through In Progress, she has found a supportive community where she can explore her artistic interests and grow as a photographer.
