In Progress has long provided meeting and activity space for artists and community members to gather and collaborate in our studios. While we've offered this service informally in the past, we are now taking steps to better acknowledge and share the incredible work happening in our spaces.
If you would like to use our space to serve the community, please review the following guidelines:
APPLY
Even if you have used our facilities before, you must complete an application by CLICKING HERE!
Approval can take 1–4 weeks.
Once approved and trained, community users can reserve and use rooms as needed.
Approval remains valid indefinitely as long as users follow our rules.

Book Your Activity
Complete a booking request with details about your activity, including a description, dates/times, and a photograph by CLICKING HERE!
After Your Activity
Submit a follow-up form with a brief report, attendance details, and photo documentation by CLICKING HERE!
Fees & Donations
Our studio spaces are currently free to use unless In Progress staff assistance is requested for setup or facilitation.
If your budget allows, donations are appreciated to help sustain this service. You can make a donation by CLICKING HERE!
