The Professional is a workshop series dedicated to taking artists to the next level of their professional development as practicing filmmakers, photographers and digital media producers. The series will provide participants with insight into how to start a professional resume, be strategic about social media, start prepping a digital media kit, and so much more!

LEAD ARTISTS

The Professional is led by Kazua Melissa Vang and complimented by a series of professional digital media producers. Melissa has a long resume of accomplishments that include film producing and management, fine arts photographer, and arts organizer. Other presenters include Caroline Yang, Lee Elee Vue, Touchaingkong Yang and others.

PARTICIPATION

This workshop is designed for emerging artists that already have had some experience producing and working, and want to take their professional profile to the next level.

The Professional is an intermediate level workshop series for emerging artists that are ready to take the next steps towards their professional development. We are seeking 8 participants for this series with an expectation that those that are accepted to the program will commit to the process.
