Join us for an evening of creativity, connection, and community at In Progress Open Mic Night. This welcoming event provides a safe and supportive space for artists to share original work, works in progress, music, poetry, storytelling, spoken word, and more.

Whether you're stepping onto the stage for the first time or are an experienced performer, Open Mic Night is an opportunity to be vulnerable, take creative risks, and connect with fellow artists and community members. Audience members are equally encouraged to attend, support local talent, and enjoy an inspiring evening of artistic expression.

Artists & Performances
Performances are open to all. Each artist will have up to five minutes to share their work. No advance sign-up is required—simply arrive ready to participate and take the stage when called.

Lead Artists
Open Mic Nights are facilitated by In Progress artists Simmia Nelson and Sincere Leal accomplished musicians and respected community leaders known for their work creating vibrant artistic spaces throughout the Twin Cities.
