Zachary Hurdle is a community-driven innovator and multimedia creative with a decade of experience working across various human-centered industries, including food and beverage, concierge services, and most recently, housing advocacy. His diverse career path reflects a deep commitment to service and a belief in the collective power of communities to address and solve their own challenges.

Grounded in this philosophy, Zachary founded the Community Hackathon—an initiative that brings people together to identify pressing community issues and develop sustainable, low-code or no-code digital solutions. These hackathons not only empower individuals with practical tech tools but also foster collaboration, innovation, and self-determination at the neighborhood level.

In addition to his community organizing work, Zachary is also a developing artist in the fields of photography and filmmaking. He uses visual storytelling to document local movements, highlight social impact work, and uplift underrepresented voices. His artistic lens complements his organizing work, helping to amplify community narratives with authenticity and clarity.
