BIOGRAPHY

John Lutz is a developing musician and emerging multidisciplinary artist based in Minnesota. He became involved with In Progress through a partnership with Elpis Enterprises, where he was introduced to the power of creative exploration across a range of artistic disciplines. With a strong desire to grow and refine his talents, John is currently focused on deepening his understanding of music production while also branching out into other forms of visual and audio-based art.

John’s musical journey began with a curiosity about how sound could be shaped and transformed. He has since learned the fundamentals of producing music using Ableton Live Intro, a platform he continues to explore as he shapes his own unique sound. In addition to digital production, John also plays guitar and piano, and is steadily building his comfort with audio interfaces and other recording tools. His creativity extends beyond music—he is driven by a broader artistic curiosity and is eager to develop skills in areas such as visual arts, photography, and multimedia storytelling.

At In Progress, John seeks not only to build technical skills but also to connect with a supportive community of artists. He views his time there as an opportunity to experiment, reflect, and evolve as both a musician and an all-around creative individual.
