In Progress has had the extraordinary privilege of partnering with other organizations in the United States to provide digital storytelling programming. Below are the digital archives representing the partnerships that spanned the country and honored some of the smallest communities in our nation.
Stories of Strength & Resiliency
Between 2010 and 2011, In Progress partnered with the Bureau of Indian Education to provide digital storytelling opportunities to more than 200 youth attending tribal schools in the United States. The result of this partnership were 20 powerful videos produced by young people that told their stories of strength & resiliency for the communities they were connected to. Though this was a singular event in ouor history, In Progress continues to stay in contact with the many young artists that made the stories presented in the archives below.
Rocky Mountain Latino Youth Filmmaking Project
Between 2003 and 2008, In Progress partnered with Aspen Film to provide digital storytelling workshops for Latino youth living in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. During that time, 99 videos were created by more than 100 young people that lived in various communities throughout the lower basin of the Rocky Mountain region. Though no longer working in this region, In Progress continues to stay in contact with the many young artists that made the stories presented in the archives below.
