As a state-certified peer support specialist with training in adult mental health first aid, Raina brings empathy, understanding, and authenticity to every conversation. She has facilitated peer discussions and community conversations that promote healing and self-awareness among individuals navigating mental health and addiction challenges. Her background allows her to approach each story with cultural sensitivity and a trauma-informed perspective.
Through her podcast, Raina highlights the real experiences of those who have faced adversity and found strength through it—survivors of trauma, advocates for justice, and individuals discovering empowerment in their own lives. Her work is rooted in the belief that storytelling can heal, inspire, and drive social change. Each episode helps reduce stigma, build empathy, and encourage collective resilience.

Raina’s multicultural background and ability to speak four languages make her storytelling inclusive and globally relevant. As a psychology student, she combines academic insight with lived experience to bring depth and authenticity to her interviews.
Raina is currently seeking partnerships and collaborations with organizations and media platforms that share her mission to use storytelling as a tool for awareness, healing, and empowerment. Through her work, she aims to uplift voices that matter and foster understanding across communities.
Raina is a psychology student and a certified peer support specialist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, and holds a certificate in adult mental health first aid.
