BIOGRAPHY
Janesha Partee is a 24-year-old multidisciplinary creative, activist, and entrepreneur from Gary, Indiana, committed to rewriting the narrative for young Black communities. As the Director of Youth Voice and Communications, her work sits at the intersection of youth advocacy, professional development, and media influence. She leads through storytelling, strategic communications, and youth-centered programming that uplifts and empowers.
Janesha brings a rich background in youth engagement, social entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and paralegal work, all while scaling her own business ventures. She currently manages social media for mission-driven startups and nonprofits, contributes to branding strategies for emerging organizations, and produces podcast content that challenges societal norms. Through every platform she touches, she centers the voice of the unheard.
Her passion lies in breaking generational curses and providing social capital to young Black women. She is deeply invested in flipping the negative tropes that often plague Black youth in education, housing, business, and the justice system. A life learner and natural visionary, Janesha is seeking to sharpen her media skills to create impactful, entertaining, and transformative content that not only supports her personal brand but builds lasting legacies for the communities and organizations she serves.

Janesha is an accomplished storyteller who uses creative expression to advocate for and elevate underrepresented voices. She is highly skilled in marketing, with experience in crafting campaigns and communications strategies that drive engagement and amplify impact. In addition, she has strong expertise in graphic design, enabling her to produce compelling visual narratives and branding materials that complement and strengthen her advocacy work.
