BIOGRAPHY

My name is Kaia Perez and I’m from St. Paul, Minnesota. I do a mix of digital and traditional art, leaning more digital. I have taken summer classes under MCAD, the first one was a comic art class and the second one was a character design course.

I started drawing at around ten years old, just because it was fun and I was inspired by all the shows that I watched. Even then, creating characters was my favorite thing to do. Now, I mainly take inspiration from the music I listen to. My hope is that my art reflects how personal the process is; how I create for my own enjoyment.
