Legalities *

Podcasting to the public comes with important legal and ethical guidelines which you must follow in order to publish any and all recordings, and use In Progress's resources. Each item must be checked off in order for you to move forward to production. By checking each item, you agree to take full responsibility for your content. Any violation of these items will result in immediate canceling of your podcast series. No exceptions.
