Rewriting History presents a series of digital interpretations of historic photographs created by students of the Four Directions Charter School. The pieces were created in an effort to reimagine history through an Indigenous perspective - often commenting on the inaccuracies and misrepresentation presented in history books. The images were exhibited broadly throughout the state of Minnesota between 2007 and 2012.
