Stories of Resiliency offers a series of Anishinaabe elder teachings, recorded and illustrated by the American Indian Community Housing Organization’s Giinawiind Giginitaawigi’gomin Youth Program. In Progress artist Kristine Sorensen had the privilege of supporting these efforts as a teaching artist and mentor in partnership with Giinawiind's Program Staff Kayla Jackson, Mia Menendez, and Elena Steele.
This podcast series presents 15 unique teachings by elders Rick DeFoe, Kevin Kot, Bruce Savage and Tawny Savage.
