Prue Paj Zoo Tcha

digital artist

BIOGRAPHY

Prue Paj Zoo Tcha is a 13-year-old emerging digital artist and storyteller based in Minnesota. She first became involved with In Progress through The Rain Watcher Project, a deeply personal initiative that honors the memory of her cousin and best friend, Ghia, who tragically passed away by drowning. This project holds special meaning for Prue, who is working to create a video that celebrates their memories and the bond they shared.

With a growing interest in film and storytelling, Prue joined In Progress to expand her creative skills and learn from other artists about how they express themselves and share their stories. She is eager to grow as an artist and hopes to one day become a film director.

Prue’s creative practice is rooted in digital media and animation. She loves to draw and frequently uses mobile apps like Gacha Life, Gacha Club, and FlipaClip to bring her characters and narratives to life. She edits and pastes together images, text, and sounds to create animated stories, many of which are inspired by her own dreams and emotional experiences. One of her current projects, Nightmare Dream, explores a recurring nightmare through a unique animated lens.

In all of her work, Prue blends imagination, emotion, and personal storytelling with digital tools, creating a style that is distinctly her own.
