Korinne Trueman is a filmmaker and videographer based in the Twin Cities, with a passion for visual storytelling that merges artistic vision with technical precision. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Studies in Cinema & Media Culture and a minor in Asian American Studies from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. These academic foundations deeply inform her approach to filmmaking, offering a culturally nuanced lens through which she captures stories.

Korinne specializes in producing and directing both music videos and narrative films, working across short and long-form formats. Her artistic influences include renowned directors such as Sofia Coppola and Edgar Wright, whose distinctive cinematic styles inspire her use of mood, pacing, and visual rhythm.

In addition to her work in film, Korinne is a preschool teacher—an experience that strengthens her patience, creativity, and ability to connect across generations. She continues to build her portfolio while supporting the growth of community-based film initiatives and amplifying underrepresented voices in media.
