Lee Vue is a storyteller, communication strategist, photographer, and mission-driven graphic designer dedicated to advancing social impact and racial equity. Born with a natural curiosity about the world, Lee pursued a degree in political science at the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, where she first discovered her creative potential. What began as a college interest in digital photography soon evolved into an exploration of graphic and web design, eventually leading her to study design thinking and UI/UX.
With years of self-motivated practice and commitment, Lee has honed her skills to become a versatile creative professional who blends strategic communication with thoughtful design. She is recognized for her keen eye for data visualization and editorial style, ensuring that every project is rooted in equity, clarity, and purpose. Her work consistently seeks to uplift communities, amplify underrepresented voices, and advance systems change.
At the intersection of creativity and advocacy, Lee is passionate about weaving climate action and social justice themes into her work. Her professional experience spans a wide range of sectors, including startups, academic institutions, consulting firms, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Deeply engaged in community leadership, Lee also serves on the boards of Camp Menogyn, Friends of the Boundary Waters Wilderness, Youth Leadership Initiative, Ann Bancroft Foundation, and the BMPP Giving Circle.
