BIOGRAPHY

Randy is a filmmaker and hobbyist music producer based in the Twin Cities. He has received my B.A. in Communications from the University of Minnesota: Twin Cities in 2016. Randy has been steadily working on films ever since graduating college from small short films to larger projects. Some notable productions that Randy’s has worked on are Naomi Ko’s NICE pilot which premiered at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival in New York, May Lee-Yang and Peter Yang’s pilot for Hmong Organization, as well as Dan Yang’s film Spirits Dawn. He is currently working on and learning more about audio mixing for films and television as well as scoring music for film projects. Most recently he has done audio work as well as scored music for Melissa Vang’s short film the Chaperones and PaChia Vang’s short film Stitch. Randy is continuing to write scripts, work on film projects, as well as creating music.
