Biography
Chao Yang currently works as a Community Engagement Associate with Medtronic Foundation as a Ron McKinley Fellow. Chao helps align and execute Medtronic philanthropic efforts aimed at achieving healthy communities and eliminating health disparities by integrating philanthropic community-based programs with employee engagement and other corporate-based opportunities. Prior to her fellowship, she worked as a statewide healthcare trainer for the Department of Human Services, where she worked at the intersection of technology projects, healthcare policy, and instructional design.
