Youth Leadership

In Progress engages young people through immersive mentorship, school-based residency programs, and community-centered initiatives that support creative skill building and self-expression. Youth are guided by professional artists, gaining hands-on experience in digital media while developing confidence, voice, and leadership. These opportunities center young people as creators and decision-makers, strengthening their ability to contribute to their communities and shape their own narratives.
