In Progress’s executive committee will meet to prepare for the 4th quarter board meetings and review the legal and financial requirements of operating the organization in FY25. The executive committee consists of Sai Thao, Jeremy Gardner, Jacylynn Jones, Hlee Lee-Kron, Bienvenida Matias and Eemanna Rivers and are supported by Kristine Sorensen who oversees the day to day operations of the organization.

In Progress executive director will lead a one hour virtual training for newly identified and returning artist mentors. The session will cover the following:
mentor and mentee expectations
how time can be spent int he mentorship process
planning, evaluation and posting of activities
invoicing
connecting mentees with other mentors and learning opportunities

In Progress Artist Assessment team will meet to discuss 2025 opportunities and challenges. Our hope is to build communication across the organization and strengthen team decision making amongst core leadership of the organization. This may mean a few more rules, better system operations and great working tools that are always available. So keep good thoughts for us all as we move forward in this process.
