SOUND HEALING FOR ALL

the art of healing through sound creation

Sound Healing For All offers an introduction to the sounds of traditional singing bowls, chimes and other instrumentation, and their impact on health and well being.  As participants learn the art of sound, they will be able to experience a sensation through sound vibration/ frequency - which the sound audio will be recorded and shared publicly. In Progress is currently seeking 8 participants that are ready to learn, experience and discuss their own processes for healing.  Those that participate will be able to practice different instruments, record songs, and share their creations.  Participants must be willing/able to sit down or lay in on the floor for an extended period of time.

LEAD ARTISTS

Sound Healing For All  is led by In Progress artists Yeeleng Vue, and Laurette Sebastienne.

Yeeleng and Laurette met during a trip in India to learn about Tibetan medicine, yoga, and ayurveda. During their time there, they have fallen in love with the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and the healing properties it holds. Sounds have always been a way to bring people together whether that’s music, concerts, solo listening, your favorite songs, nature, etc. We want to bring sound and healing together for those who want to tune into their bodies. Laurette is currently a health coach and has worked with different sounds and healing for over 10 years.. Yeeleng is currently a music artist for In Progress for over 10 years.

Adults 16 and up.   Activities will take place at In Progress - 213 Front Avenue, Saint Paul, MN.  There is no cost to participate but it is expected that those that agree to participate, make every effort to attend each session.  Participation is limited so early registration is highly recommended.
