Join artists Yeeleng Vue, and Laurette Sebastienne. for a meditative and body grounding experience using traditional singing bowls, chimes and other instrumentation. You will learn the art of sound, and experience a sensation through sound vibration/ frequency.

Bring a mat or blanket that you can sit on and lay down on for a long period of time. There will be some movements during the session so wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring water and snacks if needed.

Arley Sinks is a self taught artists that has been producing and selling beats for five years now.  He is a home grown Crookston artist and at the age of 13 has already proven his ability to teach and guide others.  Supported in each session with our studio director Rena Zapata - you can drop in learn music, work on photography, or create a video.  

These winter sessions will be dedicated to shared learning —you won’t want to miss it!

Artists Organizing Check In

In late January of this year, In Progress artists came together to listen, share and begin the first steps of planning activities of care, resistance and remembrance. As we met, we realized we were all carry a lot - I mean really a lot.

So with that said, we are beginning a series of virtual check ins where we can talk more, strategize together, and develop creative actions that feed the soul and treat the wounds.

All creatives are invited to join the conversation. We simply ask that you be open, understand that in this moment we are all volunteering, and if you agree to lead and support that you do so.
